ESPN said last night he had a neck strain. I have no idea how serious that is, though.

Bob Dole noticed him shaking hands after the game. He was listed with a "neck sprain" on some report this morning, but Bob Dole can't recall where it was.

Oddly enough as a result of this injury Bartee has now developed the ability to swivel his head from left to right. It's as if he now has some sort of vertebrae in his neck instead of a fixed pole.

Yes!
Maybe it's far better than anyone could've ever imagined. Bartee could have the Linda Blair/Exorcist thing happening. That would be quite confusing to a opposing player.
