I know, I know. Anyway, Iowa State plays on Fox Sports News today, versus Northern Illinois. Game is on in Lawrence. My cousin is #9, Nik Moser, Strong Safety for the Cyclones. His dad, Sam Moser, has been a pillar of the Iowa HS Football community, having coached at Fort Dodge for eons. He also went to camp with the Bengals back in the day.

His freshman year he blocked a punt against Texas, I think he recovered a fumble or something that same game. It's just kind of cool. I keep waiting for another cousin of mine to show up on Cops.

Moser's a pretty good player...probably one of the stronger players on that side of the ball.

I was impressed with ISU's defense against :IA:...not sure yet if it's because they're that good or :IA:'s O-line is playing that poorly. But Moser had some good plays in that game.
