Any word in KC about whether he'll be activated this weekend? He's from a little Idaho town of about 400 people near here. Obviously there is intense interest.

Does anyone there think he should be in the lineup Sunday?

Thanks.

As far behind as Samie Parker has to be right now, I wish they'd put him on IR and activate Horn. I don't see how Parker is going to be able to help at all this year. I guess the other option would be to cut R. Smith and hope he clears waivers before moving him to the practice squad. I think Horn would be of more help right now than Smith or Parker. I think DV is waiting to see how Kennison is today before making any moves. Just a guess, though.

I would like to see what Horn could do. Seems to have great hands and a knack for making plays. Surely they could cut Jones now that Mitchell is back and get him on the roster.

Hes ok......may even succeed in the NFL, but lets be honest people....hes not going to be the next Torry Holt, Terrell Owens or Randy Moss...

At least Chris Horn has shown he can catch the damn ball, not like the other WR we have.

But of course he has not played a NFL real game. So he would probably turn his hands into lead like the rest of our crew

I say give the boy a chance, what else do we have to lose. The football Gods have taken everything else away so far this season

No he is never going to be a Torry Holt, or Issac Bruce or anything like that........ but I would not worry about him not giving a full 100% effort and 0% fear while running routes! IR Samie Parker and get him ready for 2005... activate Horn and get him in the rotation with Dante, so that Dante can still consentrate on returns.

Forget Torry Holt...

I'd be happy if he could become the next Lake Dawson or JJ Birden. We just need someone that can get open on play action fakes and catch the damn ball.

I see no reason to not give the guy a chance.

What's he gonna do, not get open and/or drop the ball? And that'd be different from the rest of the WRs because ... ?

Um ... okay. :thailor:

You sound like my wife: "He may not be that good, but he's cute. He should be a starter."

Ding, ding.

If we can't make a playoff run, I suggest cutting both Morton and Kennison and working the young guys in there.

They are good complimentary players....and vets.....if they were paired eith a true #1 guy, like a Holt, or a Owens etc....they would be pretty decent.....i mean they both put up like 700-800 yards or so. Not bad for #2 guys..
