Has anyone survived @ GM longer than Carl with fewer playoff wins?

Research question. I don't have timt ot do it myself, but I'd be curious to know if there are any GM's that have stayed with the same team longer than Carl and had fewer playoff wins. The AFC West is out of contention, as they've all had Superbowl visits and that means at least 2 playoff wins.

Good question. I'm beginning to truly believe that this front office doesn't know wtf they're doing. At the same time, they did win the division last year. I was of the opinion that we didn't need that much better talent on defense. But with the way this season has started, I think that plan was wrong. I think we should've gone after a bump and run cover corner, a good wide receiver, and possibly a DE or LB.
