Sorry if I don't feel "bad" for the young fella.....while I agree the punishment doesn't fit the crime, there are way too many responses acting like his behavior is acceptable and just a by-product of juvenile delinquency.

Nothing! If she is gonna give it up then so be it. I would be shocked and mad as hell if it were one of my girls but its country hick ass backward to throw a young boy in jail for having sex with a girl that is two years younger than him. If youre young sweet lil daddy's girl is a slut just deal with it. Most girls are and always have been.
