Version 1 has the "fa-ra-ra" scene cut out because some red Chinese commies found it offensive.

Version 2 is not cut.

It is a horrible and overrated movie, I watched Bad Santa instead.

Bad Santa is excellent, but that is no excuse for you saying something as asinine as this.

I don't know if I was TNT or TBS, but I watched it twice throughout the two days and both had it in.

A Christmas Story was ok the first time I saw it 30 years ago, but it isn't a good move it at all.

I think it's a classic. Great performances, great "slice of life" story that I think a lot of people can identify with, very funny and endlessly quotable dialog.
