The penalty for taunting should result in 1st and 25, IMO. I've never really understood the enforcement of a penalty that leaves a team in 1st and 10. In most other instances the penalty is a penalty against the first down.

I agree with this. I dont know why they dont do it. Especially Personal Foul pentalties.
