I will totally talk like this to anyone. I told a 55 year old girl at work (who I've heard joke about sex and all sorts of nasty stuff), that if I got a hold of her, I would, "totally wreck," her. She thought it was funny, but once again, I lack proper filtering.

Could be anything... kinda sounds like a cyst, maybe some type of infection. Good luck and don't stress on it, I'm sure the doc will fix ya up!!! :)
