The Chiefs had him. The Chiefs offensive line SUCKS. They cut him and he is starting and playing well in SD 7 days after he was cut.

Given that Haley has continued to support and talk up Palko. Given that Haley let JC ride the bench and started LJ.

Then, we have Waters and Haley getting into it when he first arrived. Waters was let go this year.

Gaither is just another example of a player who is clearly more talented than a starter that was not given a chance.

Was he even cut by Baltimore? I thought they just let him walk in free agency. I'm thinking we're the only team that has actually cut him. But, not every team can be as set along the offensive line as we are.

and this has happened a lot since Haley's been here.
another example of why he's not qualified to be a HC.

Gaither has always been known to be a bit of a slacker and not the hardest worker in practice. A few years ago he was a very good tackle for the Ravens, but they grew tired of his work habits and constant "injuries".

He's kind of like Haynesworth, a player with natural talent to play well, but a guy who doesn't really love the game and all that comes with it.

I can't really fault KC for cutting a guy who has a known history of being really lazy and missing lots of practice time. Is he better than Richardson, yes - when he wants to be. This season is a waste anyway, so move on and don't reward a non-team player that might have a negative effect on Hudson or some other younger guys.

Running backs also have some of the most volatile levels of production and some of the shortest shelf-lives in the NFL. Coupled with the fact that there are almost always some sleepers deeper in the draft, it doesn't make sense from a value perspective to draft a runningback really anywhere in the top 20 in my mind.

That is my biggest beef with this front office and head coach, is that they will jettison a player if they don't think his attitude meshes completely with what they want, regardless of talent. It is the same model that Pitt has. Look at the players up there. If they don't give 100% all the time to the team "way", they aren't there.

Yeah, but Pollard sucks.

Those are the only 3 that come to mind? Three instances (well 2 because the 2nd one is BS) constitutes as ” happening too much”?

There isn't.

Who knew that all you had to do to get chiefs planet to cream their shorts was to have an above average game against a 3rd stringer.
