I picked John Gruden, but given that possibly the only reason he coached the Bucs was to give a big f**k you to the Raiders when he led the Bucs to a Superbowl win over them makes me suspicious of him saying yes to coaching the Chiefs. Afterall, Gruden did coach the Raiders prior to that year and was less than successful with them. I would say Tony Dungy, but the last time we hired a former Superbowl winning coach (Dick Vermeil), we didn't go any further than the second round of the playoffs during his 5 years with us. You know why? Because we had a d-bag for a defensive coordinator, and only brought Gunther C. back in when it was too late.

I don't want Fischer, and I don't want Cowher. Not in today's NFL, where playing defense gets you fined and suspended. I'd bet money Vermeil would take us to a Super Bowl before either of them with Flag Football Goodell running the show (i know, flame away).
