Well what is Jake Longs record as starting LT with the Dolphins? Yep Dolphins made the better choice.

Matt Ryan is the all time wins leader in Atlanta. Jake Long also plays football.

For ****'s Sake, are you stating that Atlanta was an elite team at ANY point in their existence?

Nice. Avoid reality to make snide comments instead.

Let's make this the simple: Would Miami, coming off a 1-15 season, be better off today had they taken Ryan? If so, prove it.

Otherwise, shut your ****ing piehole.

And you've failed to prove how Miami is worse off than Atlanta because they chose Long over Ryan.

Dolphins would have been better off pickng Matt Ryan for sure. Any one who thinks they were better off with Jake Long is FOS.

Verge? After five years, two offensive coordinator and multiple picks in order to draft better off offensive players, Matt Ryan is on the verge of elite?

Wow, you don't say? How many other offensive weapons does he need before being considered elite?

What you don't understand is that the Dolphins haven't had to waste a bunch of draft picks on offense. For example, in 2008, only 6 of their top 8 picks were on offense including a QB in the second.

In 2009, it was only 4 of the first 6 with another QB in the second round.

Don't even get me started on 2010. Only 1 of the first 3 picks were offensive players. Granted, 2011, their first 4 picks were all offense, but in 2012, only 5 of the first 6 were offensive players including trading up for a QB in the first.

Could you imagine if they had drafted Matt Ryan? They would have probably wound up drafting a bunch of offensive players with high picks and wouldn't even have Pat White, Chad Henne, and Ryan Tannehill to show for their two second rounders, a first rounder, plus the picks they traded away to move up for Tannehill.

Wow, way to compare apples to oranges.

The more I read from you in this thread, the more I realize that you'd prefer to argue rather than use any common sense.

Again, par for the course.

Just to be clear, you're asking me to prove something that didn't happen would would have happened? Unfortunately, I'm bound by this pesky space-time continuum. Otherwise, I would get right on that.

But, can you prove they still wouldn't have taken those same guys? LMAO

Sorry for being so confrontational and argumentative. You and Buzz Tin Ballz are really good at this.
