Well, that should have been a lot bigger of an inning, but fundamental errors kept us from it.

If we were a NL team our pitchers would bat 7th.

Has Escobar been on base once this season?

Yup. You don't get opportunities every inning in baseball, of course, but good teams take advantage when they're presented. We always seem to underachieve when we've got a strong inning going.

It all comes down to our approach at the plate. Guy is struggling to throw strikes consistently and we are up there hacking away at the first strike we see.

He had a walk on opening day. That's it though.

Meh. Not too mad about that stumble by Moose. It happens. At least he saw the play out-- many other slower runners would've been out.
