However, the outright cut of Smith in '16 means KC has $70MM of cap in '17 versus $63MM if he's a June 1 release.... |

Not top 5. Not top 10. Just better. Average. A guy who can throw more than one ****in' TD pass every 18 quarters. Or hit the open man on a ****in' 5 yard slant with the game on the line. ****ing Christ. |

If my kid would ask me that I'd start into a 5 minute barrage beginning with "Listen you little **** face, I was born 23 days after SB IV and I've had to live with this ****ing team all of my God dammed life..." And end it with "You'll get nothing and like it!" Here's to you, positive roll model parental dude 👏 |

Best QB we've had since Green. :shake: |
Almost any other job someone would have been fired.

I don't post here often. I'm usually content to simply read the posts of others, both inane and sublime. I'm in my late 40's and have been a fan of this team going back to Steve Fuller, Bill Kenney, Blackledge taking a shotgun snap to the face, squeaking into the 86 playoffs only to get destroyed by the Jets, Marty-ball, Gunther, Vermeil and so on. I was willing to give AS a chance. He's shown me all I need to see and he reminds me almost exactly of a qb we had in 89 named Steve. No, not the tough SOB who played with a dislocated finger, but Steve Pelluer. We may not have hit rock bottom, but I can see it hurtling towards us at terminal velocity.
