But they still have a JAG at QB. Shanahan knows that as well as anyone.

They might be a contender, but I don’t think they’ll ever get over the top with that QB.

They’ll waste an elite defense with a JAG at QB...we know that one all too well.

9ers went from SB contender to lottery pick when Alex Sm....Jimmy Garflopalow blew out his knee last season.

They are just waiting to fold like their head coach.

It definitely seems like losing was unimaginable to them. They give off a vibe of being crushed by the loss. That can either break them or motivate them. I'm not sure I'd bet on Jimmy G bouncing back but Nick Bosa is a monster.

If it was any other AFC team and the Niners are up 20-10 with 7 minutes left, the Niners win the game. They ran into a buzzsaw with the most explosive offense in the league. The Niners just need KC to get knocked out by another AFC team.

As if Mahomes was ever going to lose by more than 7

FlaChief58 02-04-2020 01:41 PM

So, he sucked as a football player and sucks at evaluating talent and predicting games. I'm shocked I tell ya

The Chiefs are pretty much always going to be a top 2 seed in the AFC with Reid and Mahomes. Given the state of the AFC for the foreseeable future, that sounds like wishful thinking for the 49ers.

I think one of the issues with the 9ers in the superbowl, was that it seemed like they bought too much into the media hype.

Celebrating after picking off a QB is one thing, but to have the entire team running down to the endzone to pose for pics like they had already won the game made them look foolish.

I am glad our guys didn't let the moment get into their heads and stayed cool.

Ohh yeah, I forgot to add...

But getting there with a QB like Jimmy G again is far from a sure thing. Everything went right for them this year. They got healthy and peaked at the perfect time. What are the chances that happens again?

They don’t have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round pick this year. Not to mention Armstead and Ward are free agents.

Im so glad the 49ers did that. It makes the win that much better. They felt like they were on top of the world and then that all changed within 30 minutes. They went from pure bliss to blubbering whiners and the head coach was one of the worst. Stupid ****img idiots thought theyd stop PMII from winning the biggest game in the world? Yeah good try queers.

Well they have almost as little cap space as us and they have zero draft picks from rounds 2-4. They shot their load with trades like Houston and LAR did and came up short.

If Seattle does anything but get worse, then San Fran sure isnt winning that division. Hell if Arizona can improve just a little bit, then I can see the 49ers finishing last in the division. The 9ers wont be as healthy next year as they were this year and even if they do get into the playoffs they're not gonna luck into a SB appearence

9ers had some injuries this year for sure though. They're pretty well built for the next year or two for sure.

Jimmy ain't great, he's probably a better looking Alex Smith, so they're capped IMO.

I gotta say though, Bosa impressed the hell outta me. That dude is an animal.

Thought about this yesterday; I think the 9ers play better WITH (healthy) Alex Smith than they did with Grapes.

Also, yes, Bosa is incredible.

They have a lot of young talent under contract. Will be interesting to see how it goes. They lost close games this year but also won a bunch of close games. Who knows how that will go next season.
