28 Teams are drafting higher than Dungver.

And not sure that will change anytime soon. The Saints have an aging team and no QB, Atlanta needs a few more drafts to potentially be good, and the Bucs are gonna crash hard once Brady leaves after the season. The Panthers do have a lot of solid talent and could be really good with a good HC.

Round 1, Pick 29 (from MIA via SF)
Round 3, Pick 68 (from IND)
Round 3, Pick 69
Round 4, Pick 108
Round 5, Pick 140
Round 6, Pick 194 (from PIT)
Round 7, Pick 247 (from MIN)

Denver is screwed.

Assuming KC's draft position is #29 as well, Denver, with their extremely high 3rd round picks, actually have more pick value during the first two days of the draft than KC does.

Holy Christ! I need to make a Colorado run soon. Y'all selling some REAL good shit out there apparently.

The fact that you are arguing pick value between a team that is a SB contender and a team that is a dumpster fire is hilarious.

Well one GM crushes his picks, the other doesn’t. Glad we have the good GM.

Broncos are in the same boat as the Cardinals, you tied your franchise to the wrong Quarterback, now you're strapping the new coach with that headache and expecting them to risk their career to go there. Sure it's a nice payday for a coordinator, and a chance to break into the HC gig, but Josh McDaniels is a very rare case of a coordinator doing terribly at his first HC gig, then being given a second chance as well. If I were Harbaugh or Peyton I wouldn't go to Arizona or Denver and risk my legacy on that.

We have an actual NFL roster, you tards have bare bones. A bunch of overpaid brokedicks, and jags! Good luck building that roster with little draft capital!

With Gomer Paton making those picks, I'm confident you'll get 2 practice squad players and a bunch of burger flippers...

Caldwell and Wilson seem like a match made in heaven.

I went out for a run on Sunday, and I had the radio on in my ipod. I was hoping to pick up one of the early games. Instead, I got the bronco pregame show, with the two worst sports people I've ever heard. They were reporting the scores of the early games in progress, and they were saying things like,

"Let's give you an update on the Bears game. Anyone know the score?"

"It looks like it's 17 to 10."

"Okay, so that game is 17 to 10."

They wouldn't say who the Bears were playing or who was ahead. It was like they had never been in front of a microphone before.

But anyway, they were talking about the broncos, and they were excitedly talking about how Jim Harbaugh is interested and Sean Payton is interested and so on. And then one of them said,

"But remember, they're also going to have do three interviews with minority candidates before they hire anyone."

Well, they're not wrong. That's how it's viewed in most cases.

I don't like the blatant nepotism and the blatant old boy network in the NFL. I like seeing coaches' kids fail since they never earned the right to be coaches. But they should just change the Rooney Rule to the "Free Weekend of Touring NFL Cities For Minority Assistants" Rule. No one takes it seriously unless the guy is already a candidate for other reasons.

I don't think Caldwell is a great coach by any stretch.

But he's better than a few dudes that have jobs out there right now.

Dude went 36-28 in Detroit. That ain't worth getting sent into coaching exile. People are writing Dan Campbell HoF speeches already and Caldwell's WORST seasons in Detroit were as good/better than what Campbell just had.
