He's really played well since the 49ers debacle.

He's absolutely in the running. Timing is nice for him as well - Dallas probably needs to talk extension with him this offseason due to some of their restructures creating a pretty horrifying cap figure next season. I believe he counts $60 million on next season's cap unless they re-work his deal.

Since it's the last season of that deal, he's not going to re-work it without add'l years. This is all but a contract season for him.

Hmmm, I don't know. I'm not quite equating Dak Prescott as an MVP. Up until last night, he hadn't beat a winning team, and they were 6-5 so not a winning team now. The next 4 weeks will be a tell tale for him. jmo

That play where they let Dak extend the play when they thought the whistle would blow is what's wrong with the game. You can't call them for roughing all the ****ing time and then let him extend that play. Such bullshit.

I agree thoroughly. Dak to me has always been a 5 o'clock hitter. If Dak does ever beat any big teams(in the playoffs) it will be because of those opposing teams injuries(not facing their best roster). Dak is NOT a student of the game, he still makes rookie mistakes, but oh does he look pretty(athletic) doing it. To me he is just a poser trying to be taken seriously as a playoff QB which imo will never be.
