Agree with all this, except I’d lower their ST grade a bit. Rookie kicker with very limited exposure in the Super Bowl. He’s missing one in this game I’d bet.
The paper favors the Chiefs right now imo, but paper doesn’t fully account for Mahomes in this game.
49ers outplayed the Chiefs in that Super Bowl for a good portion of the game. Then guess what? QBs have to make throws. Ours did. Theirs didn’t.
Wouldn’t surprise me if that happened again (one QB making the throws that are needed, but I’d be surprised if we got outplayed for much of this one).

Yeah - I was going to do that, but Moody has been nails most of the season. He slipped late but really, Gould was on vapors that last year or two in SF - I don't think Moody is appreciably worse than Robbie Gould was in the SB year. And Wishnowsky pretty much sucked for SF in 2019. He's pretty good now.
I prefer their punter to ours and our placekicker to theirs. I think they will use Deebo if they need a big punt return and we just don't have a guy who we'd put back there like Tyreek if we needed to.
On balance I think the STs are about a wash. Because I think the PK may be more important in a tight game, I'll give us a slight advantage because I think the area we have a slight edge is more important than where they do. I guess the 49ers coverage units are pretty shitty, but I don't think we can really do much against them anyway. I probably should've knocked them down to an 88 or so on STs though - that seems fair with them having a rookie kicker and bad coverage units.
