I'm sorry that your superman isn't a good guy after all.

Try reading it again. There is nothing there that says he knew the murderer.

Also, you said he "was involved with multiple murders," which is obviously false.

He is listed because he can testify as to what "prior events" the murderer has taken part in as well as his "attire" indicating that he knew what the murderer was wearing.

Why would the prosecution list him as a witness that can testify about other crimes the murderer has been a part of if he knows absolutely nothing?

He can testify about prior crimes? You certainly like making stuff up.

"He was wearing a red shirt and I saw him walk into the restroom" satisfies everything we know about what Von could possibly testify.

Both of the murderers have plead guilty...Von would only get called to testify about prior events.

Schedule I

Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Schedule I drugs are the most dangerous drugs of all the drug schedules with potentially severe psychological or physical dependence. Some examples of Schedule I drugs are:

heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana (cannabis), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), methaqualone, and peyote

Schedule II

Schedule II drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with a high potential for abuse, less abuse potential than Schedule I drugs, with use potentially leading to severe psychological or physical dependence. These drugs are also considered dangerous. Some examples of Schedule II drugs are:

cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone, hydromorphone (Dilaudid), meperidine (Demerol), oxycodone (OxyContin), fentanyl, Dexedrine, Adderall, and Ritalin

Von has not been called to testify, and he was on that list with dozens of other people, most of which had been to the restaurant recently. I doubt Von has even met the guy. He is a "possible acquaintance" with someone else who is a friend of the guy. Think of all the people you are possible acquaintances with. The guy down the street? The guy you bought a car from? Do you know their friends?

Chiefs are up to #8 on ESPN power rankings.

RealSNR 09-24-2013 10:31 AM

I don't like how we're consistently the last-ranked undefeated team in these rankings. It's not like the Dolphins are world-beaters. They have a pretty good defense that's not as good as ours and a slightly more potent offense, but not by much.

Strongside 09-24-2013 10:33 AM

From ESPN...DAMN!

The Chiefs have disrupted a league-high 33 drop-backs, or 24 percent of drop-backs they've faced this year (sack, pass defended or interception). No team has finished above 22 percent since 2008.

Well, in reality we're probably one of the worst of the unbeatens until our offense gets going.

I'd say Miami, New England and KC have the most questions..
