Yeah it was weird I wondered why no one had msgs me on one of my picks to see people complaining I hadn’t picked. Then the other pick I was trying to pick during a quick break.
Sorry |
Buffalo Bills Select:Big Kat Bryant, EDGE, UCF
|
The Tennessee Titans select Akayleb Evans, CB, Missouri
|
Houston Texans Select: Dustin Crum, QB, Kent State

I think the Steelers would desperately be trying to trade for an additional pick right now (middle of the 6th) using a combination of their 7.4 pick and capital next year.
|
The Denver Broncos select Tomon Fox, ER, North Carolina.
George Paton completes the pass rush overhaul, with Nik Bonitto in the 2nd and Randy Gregory in free agency, by adding the 24-year-old linebacker that put up 30.5 sacks at North Carolina. |
The Houston Texans Select:Kyron
Johnson, LB/DE, Kansas |
This was a very difficult pick for me. I was torn between two players, each at positions of high need and whom I think are great value at #208. I don’t think either would make it back to me at #225, but I’m going to leave the one on the board who I think is more likely to continue slipping. With that…
The Pittsburgh Steelers select Leon O’Neal Jr., S, Texas A&M |
Cincinnati Bengals select Joshua Williams, CB, Fayetteville State.

Cincinnati Bengals select Makai Polk, WR, Mississippi State.
Hope that's good. My contact came out and I'm using 2 rights. Near vision on my phone is an adventure right now... |
Ok, OP finally updated!
Sorry guys, busy weekend. |
Ol' Bill looks up and down his draft board. He tears up a little thinking that this could be his final draft pick. He pulls it together, strokes his dog Nike's head and calls it in...
The New England Patriots select Alex Wright, DE, Alabama-Birmingham. |
Patriots Draft
1-21 - Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa 2-54 - Damone Clark, LB, LSU 3-85 - Kyle Phillips, WR, UCLA 4-127 - Montaric Brown, CB, Arkansas 5-170 - Luke Goedeke, OG, Central Michigan 6-200 - Kyren Williams, RB, Notre Dame 6-210 - Alex Wright, DE, UAB I'd feel better about this one had Clark not had spinal fusion surgery days after picking him but eh, he's probably still going to be a good pick in the long run. |
Round 7 is up!
|
The Los Angeles Rams select Tre Turner, WR, Virginia Tech (pick 211)
The Los Angeles Rams select Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa, DL, Notre Dame (pick 212) |
The Atlanta Falcons select Kaleb Eleby QB Western Michigan
|
That’s the last pick for the Falcons.
3 cornerstone defenders with the first 3 picks, a couple playmakers on offense and a couple guys I think have potential to outplay their draft slots. 8. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Sauce Gardner, CB, Cincinnati 43. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Boye Mafe, EDGE, Minnesota 58. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Travis Jones, DT, Connecticut 74. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Jalen Tolbert, WR, South Alabama 114. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - James Cook, RB, Georgia 151. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Jack Sanborn, LB, Wisconsin 190. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Micheal Clemons, EDGE, Texas A&M 213. Atlanta Falcons - BossChief - Kaleb Eleby QB Western Michigan My only regret is not taking Ariza over Sanborn. Cause now that Atlanta traded Matt Ryan, we’re going to punt a lot. Lol |
The Los Angeles Chargers select, Joshua Ross, LB, Michigan
|
The Arizona Cardinals select Isaiah Pola-Mao, S, USC
|
The Indianapolis Colts select Noah Elliss, DT, Idaho
|
The Detroit Lions select, : Chris Steele, Cornerback, USC
|
The LA Rams select Dare Rosenthal, OT, Kentucky
|
The Tennessee Titans select Micah McFadden, LB, Indiana
|
Titans mock is done.
26. Tennessee Titans Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas 90. Tennessee Titans Abraham Lucas, OT, Washington State 131. Tennessee Titans Jerome Ford, RB, Cincinnati 143. Tennessee Titans Charlie Kolar, TE, Iowa State 169. Tennessee Titans Cade Mays, IOL, Tennessee 204. Tennessee Titans Akayleb Evans, CB, Missouri 219. Tennessee Titans Micah McFadden, LB, Indiana Draft was mainly getting Tannehill more weapons, upgrading the OL, and getting Henry's eventual replacement. |
The 49ers select Daniel Bellinger, TE, San Diego State
The 49ers select Zaquandre White, RB, South Carolina |
The Jacksonville Jaguars select D.J. Davidson, DT, Arizona St.
|
The Cleveland Browns select Dawson Deaton, IOL, Texas Tech University
I probably should have taken a WR here considering that the browns traded away my first pick (WR - Garrett Wilson) - but I'm going to keep operating under the assumption that I've already addressed that position given that no one left is sure fire to crack their top ~3-4 on the depth chart. Northman - if you take my pick for the Steelers I'm going to destroy everything you love. LMAO |
Now that we're in the seventh round, I'll declare the Ravens' draft to be finished. Read 'em and weep. We added talent at nearly every position.
1-14. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State 2-45. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Roger McCreary, CB, Auburn 3-76. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - David Bell, WR, Purdue 3-100. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man- Leo Chenal, LB , Wisconsin 4-110. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Chris Paul, IOL, Tulsa 4-119. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Tyler Badie, RB, Missouri 4-128. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Greg Dulcich, TE, UCLA 4-139. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Kalia Davis, DT, UCF 4-141. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Aaron Hansford, LB, Texas A&M 6-196. Baltimore Ravens - Rain Man - Thomas Booker, DT, Stanford |
The Miami Dolphins select Zakoby McClain, OLB, Auburn
|
The Pittsburgh Steelers select Kellen Diesch, OT, Arizona State
|
Cincinnati Bengals select Obinna Eze, Tackle, TCU.
|
The Las Vegas Raiders select Jesse Luketa, LB, Penn State
|
Here's the Raiders draft. Obviously the first pick was made before the Davante trade, so in reality, this team will be a lot less busy on draft weekend.
1.22 - Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State 2.53 - Daniel Faalele, OT, Minnesota 3.86 - Coby Bryant, CB, Cincinnati 4.126 - Zach Tom, OL, Wake Forest 5.164 - Abram Smith, RB, Baylor 5.165 - Jayden Peevy, DT, Texas A&M 7.228 - Jesse Luketa, LB, Penn State |
A man in purple enters the stage, his limp pronounced. As he approaches, his cane sticks into a seam in the stage flooring. He begins to fall, but instead rolls and pops upright. It's Milwaukee native Gene Wilder!

The Seahawks select Andrew Stueber, OT, Michigan
|
The Washington Commanders select Allie Green, CB, Missouri.
|
Buffalo Bills Select: Dallis Flowers, CB, Pittsburgh State
|
The Denver Broncos select Terrel Bernard, LB, Baylor.
Some late day 2, early day 3 RBs on the board yet but the Broncos don't need one. They go with a good special teams linebacker at worst with Bernard. |
The Kansas City Chiefs select Zonovan Knight, RB, NC State
|
Lol I keep forgetting just how damn many 7th round picks the Chiefs have.
You have fun with those, Tamba |
The Detroit Lions select, Tyrese Robinson G/Oklahoma

Going to just put this out there spoiler or not... Zamir White and Dameon Pierce aren't 7th round RBs and they sure as hell aren't going to go undrafted. They should have went between late 3 and early 5 IMO. If anyone is looking for a RB, they should probably come off the board. A few other guys out there where I'm like, yeah, probably should get picked but not like these guys. I'm floored.

If y'all could just leave Missouri players on the board so I can draft them without having to do any research or update my picks, that would be great.

The Jacksonville Jaguars select Decobie Durant, CB, South Carolina State
|
The Los Angeles Chargers select, Matt Henninhsen DL , Wisconsin
|
The New Orleans Saints select Skylar Thompson, QB, KState
|
Supplemented my working list with Dane Brugler’s the Beast. There are still 10 players that he has a 4th round grade on left available. Not that he’s gospel, but definitely some good value left!
|
Ahhh the good ol' 7th round slog. An annual CP Mock tradition. Everybody's getting busier, the prospects are harder to research and drum up, and the draft slows to a dead crawl when we're so close to just finishing off the damn thing.
|
The LA Rams select Qwuantrezz Knight, S, UCLA
|
Not as happy with my saints draft as the Falcons draft, but it’s solid.
18. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Daxton Hill, S, Michigan 49. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Kyler Gordon, CB, Washington 98. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Isaiah Likely, TE, Coastal Carolina 101. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Max Mitchell, OT, Louisiana 120. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Brian Robinson, RB, Alabama 161. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Smoke Monday, S, Auburn 238. New Orleans Saints - BossChief - Skylar Thompson, QB, KState |
The Indianapolis Colts select Kyler McMichael, CB, North Carolina
|
Colts draft is complete.
42. Indianapolis Colts Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina 73. Indianapolis Colts Kingsley Enagabre, DE South Carolina 82. Indianapolis Colts Alec Pierce, WR, Cincinnati 122. Indianapolis Colts Braxton Jones, OT, Southern Utah 159. Indianapolis Colts Jake Ferguson, TE, Wisconsin 179. Indianapolis Colts Tariq Castro-Fields, CB, Penn State 216. Indianapolis Colts Noah Elliss, DT, Idaho 240. Indianapolis Colts Kyler McMichael, CB, North Carolina Draft was pretty much all about getting pieces and talent for the QBoTF, Howell. |
The Washington Commanders select Dameon Pierce, RB, Florida.
|
I’ve spent the afternoon stewing on this pick.
There is an IOL who has fallen - but between signing Mason Cole, James Daniels, already drafting Tyler Linderbaum, and having just invested in Kendrick Green last year… I can’t justify the IOL route given other holes. None of the RBs left are really complimentary to Najee Harris (IMO). So I’m going to go with an under the radar (though he’s been getting a lot of attention his week) small school guy who just seems like he’s destined to be a Steeler… The Pittsburgh Steelers select Eric Johnson, DT, Missouri State |
The Carolina Panthers select Jaivon Heiligh, WR, Coastal Carolina
|
The Kansas City Chiefs select Marquan McCall, DT, Kentucky
|
The Arizona Cardinals select Tanner Conner, WR, Idaho State.
|
Houston Texans Select: Ben Stille, Defensive End, Nebraska
|
The Cleveland Browns select Lecitus Smith, OG, Virginia Tech
|
The Miami Dolphins select Christopher Allen, Edge, Alabama
|
Dolphins draft:
1 -29. Miami Dolphins - Darian Kinnard, OL, Kentucky 2 -50. Miami Dolphins - Breece Hall, RB, Iowa State 4 -121. Miami Dolphins - Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson 4 -125. Miami Dolphins - Channing Tindall, LB, Georgia 5 -158. Miami Dolphins - Marquis Hayes, IOL, Oklahoma 7 -225. Miami Dolphins - Zakoby McClain, OLB, Auburn 7 -248. Miami Dolphins - Christopher Allen, Edge, Alabama - The Tyreek Hill trade really effed up this draft as the Dolphins will not own several of these picks anymore. Not my best work and I waffled on the Kinnard pick and should have maybe went with Kenyon Green as the 1st round pick, but I like Kinnard's versatility better, even if that's a bit of a need reach for Miami. I love the value of Hall and Ross where they were picked along with Allen as a late 7th. I think Tindall is a hell of an inside linebacker that could surprise teams and become a starter soon. |
TB Selects Zamir White, RB - UGA
I mean - why the hell not... |

But lord guys - how many RBs have come off the board so far and we're leaving a 220 lb dude that runs a 4.4 and produced at the highest level of college football? My issue with White, even back when we started this process, was there's very little shiftiness to him. At least not NFL RB shiftiness anyway. But as a 1-cut and go type of RB who can essentially be Ronald Jones but better, what else are you looking for in the 7th? And yeah, I took Walker already, but hell, they'll carry 3 runningbacks and so if it's Lenny, Walker and White, that's a heck of an RB stable. |
