3 people exited the passenger seat. The person who got out first was clearly in the front passenger seat. Rice got out second and another passenger got out third, but it looks like the 3rd guy getting out was in the back.

The TMZ photos show one guy in all black, head to toe, with the back of his hoodie/top having a big bold design on it. Also white shoes. That guy gets out of the front of the car, on the passenger side, second. These two sentences are indisputable.

The person wearing those things is Rice as evidenced by the photos. Climbing from the back to get out the front, while waiting for someone else to climb out of the driver seat to get out of the passenger side would not have occurred that quickly. Also it would make zero sense.

It doesn't look like Rice is "racing" at all
