i think his anthem sitting was more of a joining thing than a real protest cause he could never articulate what he was sitting for.. then the no tackling and bullshit penalties.. came... it took a suspension to get his best this season... even though he plays great when he want to I can see how he’s a cancer for team unity....
Players could easily develop his bad tackling habits.. or bad attitude.. maybe that’s why this happened...

my guess is that since he didn't want to be here, and brass didn't want him there either, they figured they would kick the tires on this before FA officially starts so when it does we can jump right in on one of the top CB's. Rather than try to play the game and loose out on a top free agent CB they deal peters now and get it done so that we can focus all efforts on getting his replacement.
