What damage spells are you using most at that lvl 60 for wizard?

I'm still only on NM, but am mostly using disentegrate with the dmg familair and enchant weapon. Pop diamond skin when needed, and archon when I need to maintain my disentegrate for longer for bosses/champs.

When it comes to Inferno if you get hit once or twice by one mob or once by a few mobs hitting you at the same time, and your reflexes for diamond skin aren't up to par, you die. So you constantly have to be moving and it all becomes about avoidance. Disintegrate was great until Inferno then it is now a back burner spell, probably used for when pvp comes out.

I personally use a dps build with venom hydra and tap the source arcane orb. The hydra hits things while you are running around and with it being Venom it leaves pools of poison on your stationary enemies that burns them for damage over time. My arcane orbs, mixed with the passive skill that allows your arcane damage to slow attackers, usually crits for 50-80k at 30k dps. Thats the method I use. Archon doesn't increase your armor so it goes the route of Disintegrate.

ya, with all the people botting, there are tons of people generating millions of gold per hour. They control the market and actiblizzard isn't doing anything about it. In fact, I think they want that because it will force people to spend real money on their AH.

Activision is only in it for the money and the numbers are the only thing they know about video games. They may sell more copies and generate maximum profits, they are very very good at that and really, can you blame them? money is all that matters, afterall.

But all integrity is thrown out the window. This game is modeled to be a P2W type game and it will be so and you people will end up buying stuff, because you won't be able to find it and you don't want to give up.

I have well over 100 hours of just farming in inferno and not one single good item to show for it, only lots of gold, that's it. That's pathetic, I'm sorry, but I thought this game was supposed to be all about looting and finding cool stuff. Heck, I remember when I used to be excited when I saw that yellow piece drop, now it's "what is this crap gonna be"

100 hours and nothing, not 1 thing. Don't tell me it's not supposed to be easy and that I need to spend at least 400 hours before I can upgrade, stop being lazy and wanting everything for free with no effort and I'm entitled and blah blah blah. Because that is not the damn case.

Activision ruined Call of Duty, believe it or not, that game was once great and made with a soul and you could feel that. As hard as that is to believe, lol.

and I guarantee there won't be PvP until they sell an expansion. You think they doing it for free?

I don't know.. Unless you want to go through paypal, and lose even more money the rmah is worthless to the serious people with the caps in place.. The 3rd party sites have already been open selling the better gear..

I think you might see a bit less and prices raise, but there is just sheer amounts of gear.. And the prices will go up regardless as people keep getting more 60s and farming for gold..

Basically, it will not be as bad as you think..

But that means you should of had a couple million gold by now and have a couple of nice upgrades?? End result is you got the gear without spending money.. It will not change much..

PVP is one thing I am worried about.. It ruined WOW..

They will have to balance the classes, which means more nerfs and then will add pvp gear..

I had 5 million at one point. After 4 days of waiting for the right pieces and constantly checking the AH. I was able to only slightly upgrade my guy. Still not enough for the monk to work act 2. Then I had to upgrade every piece with the wizard.

I don't know. The game was built for the AH and I'm sure they will make a ton of money and then every other game will follow suit. It's just really discouraging knowing that you cannot upgrade through playing the game, no matter how many hours you do it.

The good weapons cost at least 5 million gold and that would only be a slight upgrade from what I have. The one's you really want are 20 million +

Solo butcher runs are the only hope I have for this game once 1.03 patches. They said they are going to have some chance to get good stuff in the patch later this month. I think it was like 8% for lvl 63 gear, which is a hell of a lot better than 0%.

I still haven't advanced in Act 2 at all. But re-rolling did hold me back. The monk is horrible and needs 500 million worth of gear to advance. I am already further along with my wizard with crappy wiz gear if that's telling you anything. But not that much farther.
