How far do you plan to run during an average cardio workout?

I don't need any advice from any of you guys quite frankly, what I do has worked over and Over and OVER... did it in the Army, did it as a civilian, bout to do it now. I've read more fitness and muscle mags than you and Clay combined and have put it into practice with quick results... so shove it, I don't need lectured on this. |
You guys gotta try doin jumping jacks. They're awesome and you can eat anything you want before and after. plan on doin 10 or 20 tonight after I finish my 12 pack coors light !
Edit : Just ate a large supreme pizza AND some chicken alfronzo from pizza hut. **** any jumpin jacks tonight ! |
I've recently started inhaling paint thinner just prior to curls - I'm really coming along.

It depends on how many sprints I do before I'm gassed out for the day, lets just say I was heavy into working out before you and as for Silock he can kiss my ass. |

You know, some people just get big(ger) because of their physiology, not because they are doing PEDs. I've known a couple of girls that could get absolutely ripped by working out hard without drugs. My brother got singled out for testing all the time when he was competing in power lifting because people thought that he looked like he was on roids and he never touched them. I was dating a girl for a little bit that had real definition and muscles. She got "roid" comments all the time. Sure, the Mr. & Mrs. Olympia level people are most likely using them as well as having superb genetics for building such muscle mass, but not every relatively big and somewhat ripped person is juicing. |

Truth be told, you're right about women lifting heavy apparently, I never spent any time looking into womens physiology... but it does hold true for men.
Doesn't ultimately matter to me, I damn well know what works for me and didn't just start working out last week... come out slinging turds and I'll throw them back. Jeeez, just trying to talk fitness and this is what it comes to. |

But by and large, the vast majority of women simply cannot build muscles like you see on a man without medicinal help. That's just how it works. Yes, women can "bulk" like men, by eating lots of protein and lots of calories, but it's still physiologically different. Too many women are afraid that lifting heavy will make them look like She-Hulk, when the opposite is true. Higher weight with less reps will give them the desired outcome. Just because they lift like a man won't make them look like a man. |
