Well, it's not that bad. You can eat 5 Krispy Kremes per day . . . as long as you don't eat anything else!

I got the shit kicked out of me today boys.

Jacked the weight up across the board. Didn't finish the 2nd set of half my exercises. My h/r was so jacked up it affected my ability on the elliptical machine as well. I love it though. These are the days that the workout is mental as well as physical. You guys know what I'm talking about.

Still haven't grabbed any milk for my protein powder so I had another Monster Milk. That's all I've consumed today though outside of a banana so I'm good. 330 calories, 42g of protein, and it's sugar and lactose free. I'm a big fan of these. They're delicious considering what's in them.

All good, man!

Silock, what's your protein powder again? I need to order some. I finally burned through my shitty wal-mart PP.

He uses Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey.

I got a jug of Extreme Milk Chocolate and some casein per his advise and the EMC whey is pretty good.

Might be able to find better prices on amazon or dpsnutrition. Not sure.

I didn't do very good with my emotions today or stopping myself from eating too much. I had like 3 breakfest burritos pretty big ones. I ate tons of veggies. It's hard when you cut out alcohol and drugs and good food, but I do see some results in losing weight and coming up with good/ideas/jokes/ etc.

Silock 03-25-2010 04:08 PM

Well, as long as you don't go crazy eating other shit today, nothing wrong with some burritos!

Hammock Parties 03-25-2010 04:15 PM

Extreme Milk Chocolate on the way.

Best price I could find was your link.

wait wait wait, DO wait, my friend. According to the site it's a 9-10 star rating. There may be a better product out there!

Simply Red 03-25-2010 04:28 PM

th^t was a joke, but isn't 24grams of protein per serving a little bit lacking? Seriously, i don't know. But my current one offers like 52grams, or something.

Simply Red 03-25-2010 04:31 PM

and I really don't know much about them, just an observation, so pls educate me. Hold me, comfort me, tell me what i'd like to hear. Blow in my ear, i don't care, just explain.

TIA

Well, don't let your emotions get the best of you over what you ate. What's done is done. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and don't worry about it.

24g per serving is fine, considering it's also 130 calories per serving. If it's that big of a deal to you, you can just double up on the servings.

You probably only need about 120g-150g per day at the most, anyway.
