He's only taken two official visits, Iowa State and UNLV. He's also taken a few unofficial visits to Iowa State and has said multiple times he has the best relationship with Iowa States staff. He also wants to play close to home(Minnesota), and wants to play in a fast paced offense.

He's going to Iowa State.

Except the elite teams scoop up other stud recruits. tISU goes the JuCo route and crosses their fingers.

I agree. But, Rusty has been dreadful again this year. Vaughn, who was a sure fire tISU commit going to UNLV is icing on the cake.
