Don't want to be a dick, but I am very familiar with what constitutes obese. A shirt can hide a lot. Unless you're yoked, you're probably obese.

According to the chart I posted, that's the top end of "normal". As a 6' 205lb guy myself, 180 sounds about perfect though.

I need to either drop 25 lbs or put on 4 inches.

PROBABLY is the key word here. In order to designate someone obese you'd need to know their body composition, which you can hardly tell from height/ weight comparison.

According to BMI, Pat Willis is obese.
