Makes contact with two guys at the 10 and picks up 9 more yards.

He's 205 pounds.

Looks like Fisher tackled him.

Bowser 09-12-2020 02:26 PM

I really wanted him to score on that play. Not sure if Fisher helped or hindered there.

And yeah, just a bowling ball inside the tackles.

Remember when Chief Roundup said he needed to “bulk up”

LMAO

Posted this in the romper room but it’s so true.

Clyde being so short really helps his balance. It’s gotta be hard winning the leverage battle against a guy whose center of balance is so short to the ground. All these tall corners and LB’s aren’t going to be able to get under him.

When I was in my early-mid teens, I played tackle football in the neighborhood against kids about 4-5 years older than me. Usually 7-on-7 or 9-on-9 with no equipment just the football and cones.

They made me the running back and called me "cannonball".

I was short, build like a brick shithouse and had incredibly strong legs making it very hard to tackle me, even when 2-3 guys were on my back.

I also had lightning quick juke moves that shocked everyone.

That's how I see Helaire.......:clap::clap:

Someone on twitter just said he looks like Warrick Dunn. Pretty nice comp.

Wow yeah....big time.

Yeah, I can see it. It still don't hate the Emmitt comparisons, either.

Collinsworth made that comparison during the broadcast.

No one really says Marshall Faulk, but I think that one could have some legs given his receiving chops.

Can’t help but to wonder what Jamaal could have done in this offense.

Also, CEH got a ton of yards running behind the left side of the line. Williams was running behind shit by comparison last year. Osemele is a huge upgrade so far and Andrew Wylie is still weak at the point of the attack, just like before.

He had two 100+ yard regular season games in 2019. It only happened because he had runs of 84 and 91 yards. Otherwise he was JAG. He's always been this way, EXCEPT in playoffs. But even look at the Super Bowl, he got the build of his yards on the run that iced the game.

Don't get me wrong, its awesome to have a guy like that, but he's not the type of back that you can control the game with unless you are using him in the passing game. And the problem with that is that when you are up and need to put the game away, you don't really want to be passing the ball. CEH changers all of that.

Two really solid posts worth repeating

It’s just a shame we can’t have both of them this year

Faulk ran 4.35.

CEH would have been a top 5 pick if that were the case.

But the rest of his game, I see it.

I think he would have stayed on his feet without the assist, but I get what Fish was doing.
