I did too..I went out to work in the garage and had the game on in the background. Then we got down by 1 and I thought that would be a typical Royals finish, lose by 1.

Was it my birthday wish for a Royals win today that made the difference? I doubt it, but am I ever pumped anyhow! I am going to celebrate by stuffing a large Minsky's pepperoni pizza down my throat. Hell, it's my birthday... I am ordering extra cheese on that thing.

I'd hardly call it a 'typical Royals finish.' Maybe Chiefs. The Royals won 8 ****ing postseason games in a row last year.
