Yeah, it was the #29 running game or perhaps the #23 defense that got Detroit to the postseason.

You ass.

No, the 49ers probably score a couple more TDs. Because Stafford is a ****ing stud.

Try to use your brain. A guy like Stafford is taking a team with a strong defense and running game to the holy land.

Try to use YOUR brain.

I've yet for you to explain how and why Matt Ryan's offense couldn't score a single point the week in the playoffs versus the Giants, yet the following week, Alex Smith's offense scored 17 points.

Matt Stafford has a great arm but a 10 cent brain. 20 TD's and 17 INT's. Those are some amazing numbers.

DeezNutz 07-30-2013 10:23 PM

Robert Kraft on ESPN alluding to the "right fifty-three." Didn't say it, but claimed that the teams who win it all don't necessarily have the best talent.

Pioli. LMAO.

Or maybe it was the fact that they went 4-12 and couldn't even sniff the playoffs.

Or maybe it was the fact that Stafford threw 20 TD's and 17 INT's.

:hmmm:

Do you even WATCH football? Or do you just quote stats?

Exact same circumstances? No variables that might influence the results?

Those questions, ironically, provide irrefutable explanations.

All I said was he carried that Lions team.

Irrefutable.

We're talking about the awesome Matt Stafford, and how he alone got the Lions into the playoffs in 2011.

Alex Myth has never done anything remotely as awesome.

Give me a break. There's no better way to compare teams than for them to play the same exact team consecutively.

Falcons lose 24-2.

49ers lose 20-17.

Patriots lose 17-14.

One of these things is not like the other.

No, he just actually won a playoff game and was a fumble from the Super Bowl.

Matt Stafford's had one winning season in four.

He plays for the ****ing Detroit Lions.

The only winning season they have had in 12 years is because of one reason: MATTHEW ****ING STAFFORD

The fact this is lost on you calls into question your intelligence.

No excuses here, Dane.

Just recognizing a badass QB who can sling the rock a country mile.

Quick question.... how many teams with a winning record did Matt Stafford beat in 2011?

Which just further proves that you're completely ****ing clueless

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100...-detroit-lions

When news broke Tuesday of Matthew Stafford's reported three-year contract extension, the Around The League crew immediately wondered if the Detroit Lions overpaid for a quarterback who owns a career 1-23 record versus teams with a winning percentage over .500.

you forgot the packer game. That was the most impressive job they did. At Lambeau, an unseasonably warm January game, and they DEMOLISHED Aaron Rodgers, and the Packers.
