I rarely even watch those kinds of games any more... I think the only benefit would be at best you're watching a scrimmage and might catch the deeper bench guys at the end... and at worse, you're frustrated you just wasted two hours of your life watching shitty basketball. |

That team was clearly much better than the other lower-rated teams KU's played. |

That was a truly horrific performance by KU yesterday. |

Dajuan needs to shoot more threes. When hes open...just ****ing shoot. Too timid from behind the arc.

And I don't know if that performance "means" anything in the grand scheme of things. I'm just commenting that it was really bad by any standard.

Second, team was tired coming off of a trip to Hawaii / Thanksgiving. You could see they had almost no energy. Third, we have a legit game ahead on Friday. Much like the Chiefs do some weeks, sometimes you just don't have it and think you can sleepwalk through a game. It's natural. KU brought a D effort yesterday and won. I'll be concerned if we look tired/low energy on Friday night. |

It was underwhelming, but again, I think you have to give the opponent a little credit. Against the other low majors they've faced, KU's walk-ons were on the court for the last 10 minutes of the game. They could have beaten their first opponent by 75 if they'd wanted to. This team was clearly above the level of those teams, even if only for one night. |

Well... they played well. There was some great defense, though. Great ball movement. The second half overshadowed it. Go back and watch just the first half. |
It's 2:15 and no buzz in this thread...

I've got an Xmas party I am going to tonight. Hoping they have the game on or I'll be watching on my phone.
