Those PI penalty calls were horrible, but you can put most of that on Haley. They were clearly ****ing with him because he was acting like a one who sucks the penis earlier in the drive.

The roughing call is the correct call, even if the rule is stupid. The PI calls were bad, but that's the refs penalizing Haley for being an asshole.

You shouldn't have to worry about pissing off the refs, but the truth is you do, and Haley clearly went too far and pissed them off, hence the PF on him and the two PI calls.
