Unless you are cream of the crop genetically, you will get smashed. I barely lifted in HS, and could not believe the amount of guys on the team using some sort of PED. Guys your competing against for a spot and scholarship are using, the teams your playing against are using and it was pretty much standard to be on a low dose of test, at the minimum. Competition is the driving force for this, and always will be. I'm sure other people have had similar scenarios, this was just my personal experience.

It's also not illegal, and there are more than a handful of gentlemen on this site that are >30 and on some form of TRT/HRT (doctor supervised supplementation).

How do you get TRT/HRT from your doctor?

Get your T levels measured. If you come in low, most doctors will now prescribe TRT/HRT.

Most places will give it to you now even if you don't come in that low. Just tell them you're tired, have no sex drive, and feel frail and they'll hook you up. Now that's going to one of the TRT specialty centers, not your normal doctor.

My doctor was like "You're 33. You're fine. Go home."

I think my fitness gave me away.

It depends on how many sprints I do before I'm gassed out for the day, lets just say I was heavy into working out before you and as for Silock he can kiss my ass.

Cardio is for your heart not your weight. I burn a whopping 100 calories for every mile I run. I can burn off much, much more in a heavy lifting session for the same amount of time it takes me to run a mile.

And after lifting you continue to burn calories at a higher rate for much longer than after a good run.

They're basically clinics that open up as an excuse to dish out TRT. There are similar "weight loss" centers that dish out adderall as a weight loss aid. Go in and tell them you're having problems keeping weight off. As a bonus, tell them that you can't focus at work and that this has always been a problem for you. They'll write you a scrip for some amphetamines and send you merrily on your way. A know TONS of professionals who do it.

I've already been there. While it worked in helping food cravings, by making them ****ing non-existant, it wasn't worth the $100 a month for the prescription.

I had that wrong, almost any kind of shot is better than a beer.

shot > beer, there, fixed.

It isn't about the carbs in the drink. Alcohol increases estrogen levels while lowering test levels.

You can still have them do a blood test. It is fairly easy to get your test numbers down to a low enough level if you commit a couple of weeks doing so. ;)

You just have to sell 10 of your pills for $10 a piece to pay for your own supply, then keep the rest. Of course, there's that whole going to jail thing to worry about.

I had them do a physical, which included testosterone, at the end of that crazy cut last summer. It just didn't get low enough.
