Andy Reid should be a transitional coach, not a permanent one.

We should have been already looking for his replacement.

At the VERY least we should hire a new OC for next year and make Reid HC only.

I think you are right about the OC. Its hard to believe, but I think we are definitely missing Doug Pederson right about now.
