Herm requested it. We're gonna learn to win on the road, dammit!

Wait a minute, we only play 1 home game in December? F**K YOU, CARL!

Damn. I'd love to go to the Chicago game as I go to Iowa and have tons of friends from there, but it won't be nearly as much fun if JA is suspended. We're gonna need his pass rush to force Grossman into turnovers if we're gonna win that one. Hopefully we can get a decent replacement. It's gonna be a loooong day if we start Hicks. Or Bell.

You sissy.....:p

Everything intensifies in the playoffs, so I thought 32oz Jaggerbombs fit the bill. And unfortunately, I remember that game just fine. :banghead:

As far as the schedule is concerned, it seems to me like people bitch about it no matter what.

I'm not sure what everyone is so worked up about. We have two back-to-back road game slots....better than the 3-4 we normally get. Every one of those games are winnable. Houston and Detroit are musts, we can/should beat the Jets, and as long a Grossman is the Bears QB, anything can happen.

Also nice to have a bye week in the middle of the season instead of really early.

3 sets of back-to-back home games.

7-1 at Arrowhead, 3-5 on the road. 10-6.

I'm in. I've already talked to the wife about me making the trip from STL.

Hopefully we can pull something together.

So, any chance we actually go .500 or better on our road games?

9-9 at Houston noon Ch. 5
9-16 at Chicago 3:15 p.m. Ch. 5
9-30 at San Diego 3:15 p.m. Ch. 5
10-21 at Oakland 3:05 p.m. Ch. 5
11-18 at Indianapolis noon Ch. 5
12-9 at Denver 3:15 p.m. Ch. 5
12-23 at Detroit noon Ch. 5
12-30 at New York Jets 7:15 p.m.* Ch. 41

Detroit, Houston, and Oakland are looking like good wins.

Indy and Chicago might be out of reach but the Chiefs were within reach of a victory in San Diego and Denver last year.

The Jets game is going to be war.

What do you folks think? (Realistically. I'm not concerned with fatalistic cries of Carl hate.)

I think the best we can hope for is 4-4.

I wonder if we're the only team in the NFL that has back to back road games on the opener and the end of the season.

What a goddamn joke.
