I would estimate that in my experience, 80% of the time I've had people "attack me", not "like me", wanna "kick my ass", those people turn out to be some of my better friends on the forum. It's like an "initiation".

Granted, there are some people that I don't get along with and never will.

But hey, that's life. NO ONE likes everyone.

I think the "Hey, I'm gonna kick your ass" stuff should stay to PM's & Reps, otherwise, this place would turn into a joke.

That being said, I'm not a fan of people revealing what's being said in a PM or an Rep because it compromises the system of "trust".

Pretty much. I don't send many PM's; but when I do it sometimes reveals personal information I'd like to not be shared with the entire board. I know it's not the same thing, giving out your number and threatening to kick someone's ass...but Private Messages are just that, private.

Keep them to yourself. All releasing these PM's did was create even more petty bickering amongst different members. More stupid, bandwith hogging bullshit.
