Perry ran a lackluster 40 at 4.58, but he had a really good cone drill and broad jump. He may be the first Mizzou WR drafted.

And Brandon Long just kicked ass in the WR group today.

I thought I saw 24 or 25 which is passable. Id like more from such a high pick, but 24 isnt a bad number for a guy with abnormally long arms.

I thought he would put up 28-30, so I am a little let down.

Are you going to be more let down when he struggles in his 40?

If he breaks 4.7 it's a win for him, the 40 for him and Spikes is going to be painful.

I really hope Weatherspoon doesn't go to another team in the AFC West, because he's gonna be my favorite player in the league.

'Hamas' Jenkins 02-28-2010 07:51 PM

Gerald McCoy did 23 and JPP did 19....

That's awful.

JPP is 6'6 so he'll get some slack for his arm length.

Yeah, but guys labeled as workout warriors need to have good workouts.

Like Orakpo, who last year had a good combine, but it wasn't ungodly, so people knocked him for it.

I can live with a super low 4.6, but if he tops 4.7 we might have some technical difficulties in the BC war room.

In all honesty anytime I see a guy 6'5 6'6 something like that, I usually expect around 20 for reps, it's hard to rep a ton when you're arms are long.

Unless the guy has been training religiously for it for months of course. JPP will probably blow away all the speed and agility drills.

Tebow did the 3 cone drill in 6.66

ROFL ROFL ROFL

I dont get the hype behind the guy. Everytime I watch vids off him I see a lot more Michael Johnson than Demarcus Ware.

He just looks soft to me.

Scouts seem to think he's Mario Williams.

Gerhart ran a 4.53. That will make his floor the 3rd round.

they were saying the same thing about MJ last year iirc around this time.

Johnson had it before the year and fell as the year went on, JPP is a late riser that wasn't known before the year that means he's going in the 1st.

If the Raiders don't take him, Tennessee will.
