Is this a serious question? The better question would be "What does Willie Roaf have to do with Dwayne Bowe?"

Well, I have to admit, living in Maryland* I'd never seen that quote from Nick until it popped up in today's thread.

However, (inserting opinion here) I think Nick W. tends to see what he wants to see if it'll make a better story . . . Not saying he makes things up but he can be "dramatic".

Not unlike a certain poster whom I have on ignore who likes to stir the crap.

*edited to add, living here, I tend to ignore most of the radio/newspaper articles that come out of KC. I'm highly unimpressed with what you guys have to suffer through as far as sports reporting/talk if what's posted here serves as a typical example.

Yeah, Wright was talking about this yesterday, well before today's practice. If it was just something he threw out today, then I wouldn't think anything of it.

I'm sure I am looking at the worst possible outcome here, probably because of the Cassel appendectomy being called an illness earlier in the season.

Yes it is serious. Just because he was limping after the game it does not mean he has a serious injury or any injury at all.

Am I saying he is not injured? No. All I am saying is that what was perceived to be an issue after 3 hours of football on Sunday afternoon may not be an issue at all.

Sure, it may not be. Or, it may be.

I'm not claiming to know something more, but I'm also not brushing it off.

Even if he is hurt I am sure he would have it so juiced up before the game on Sunday that he would not know he was hurt until it wears off.

Painkillers and steroids can do wonders.

As I said before, I have no idea if he is injured or not. I do know that he shouldn't have been in last week's game against the Raiders in garbage time.

And, one of the toughest players in the league, Andre Johnson, missed the final two weeks of the season with an ankle injury after he was able to play the entire game in week 15.

He was also seen limping badly in the locker room after that game.

Now we know why they signed Curtis Kelley... So Bowe is done for the playoffs?

But they'll lose by 20 if Bowe's out. Maybe 30.

Drama Queen much??

They signed Curtis because if the OL can't block they need someone who can run a slant and catch the ball other than Bowe.

He also had nothing to play for. His team was not making the playoffs.

That bastard lost me my FFL by not playing.

and hosting Buffalo, and hosting Denver... I count 6 of "those" games we would lose to Baltimore.

We need to play like the good 60% team instead of the bad 40% team.

Our D gave up 10 and 6 pts in those two games. If our D gives up only 10 pts to the Ravens we win easily.
