i always incorporate a little cayenne in both Hush Pupps and Crab Cakes. Though I've made neither in about 7 yrs.

I've said this before on CP and got no response, but does anyone remember Arthur Treachers Seafood Fast food place on Noland Road?

Hartsfield Airport has an Arthur Treachers.

Grew up in Independence, ate there once a week since my stepdad didn't like to cook, or spend money. Those long waffle-cut fries smothered in malt vinegar until they got soggy were the bomb.

Is the airport version the same? Seems like I saw one in a mall but the fries weren't like I remembered.

Really? I haven't heard of them for decades. I've been to that airport a couple of times, too.
