The way I cook my wings is I take naked dry wings and drop them in peanut oil until done then dredge in sauce... Those wings tasted like they were baked in an oven YUCK slimy chicken skin does not taste good to me on wings. Obviously people like them, the lot was full but they did nothing for me... Maybe it was someone who noticed the server was a single mom and was sympathizing with the her. Single Mom, Sorry. "I noticed you are a single mom and am sorry. I really feel for you". The sympathy and compassion WAS the tip. Some things you just can't put a price on.
