These arent opponents like Carolina or Jacksonville...where they see each other every 4 years. KC controlled both games last season...and your team has taken a step back on the defensive side. That o-line has Semenboy taking injections in his shoulder. He throws a lot of questionable balls..and KC wont drop them when he does. If Houston plays..even if he doesn't, your QB is going to get ruffed up without a running game.

Reid hates Elway...after that Sanders deal, there is real bad blood.

The Bronco offense has little chance of moving the ball consistently against the Chiefs defense, but if Alex doesn't step up his game, and if Andy insists on putting the ball in the air rather than attacking the middle of that Bronco defense with Ware and West, the Chiefs have little chance of moving the ball against the Broncos.

This game will most likely come down to which defense makes the bigger plays, and I like the Chiefs in that scenario.

I don't much care about the Chiefs history in prime time games.

But in my perfect world, the Chiefs would play all their games at 10 am PT.

Honestly, just thought of that scene in the film, found the gif... it's going to be a very tough game. I think they split the home games, but yes - it's a hell of a matchup.

A split with Denver would be a dissapointment. Sorry they just aren't very good.

We'll know shortly. Both have serious issues on offense and both have strong defenses that have had streaks of injury concerns. Suggesting that either is really all that much better than the other at this point is like pissing in the wind, quite honestly.

Both teams have 7 wins… and neither has defeated more than 1 team with a winning record so far. That’s somewhat interesting.

Common opponents – both beat the Panthers, Colts, Chargers, Saints.

Broncos beat Texans, Chiefs lost. Chiefs beat Raiders, Broncos lost. (Broncos have played Chargers twice and split, KC has only played them once at this point)

Both teams are 3-2 on the road.
Chiefs are 2-0 in the division, Broncos are 1-2.
Chiefs 5-2 vs AFC, Broncos 4-2.
Broncos 3-1 non-conf, Chiefs 2-0.

Broncos 7-3
Beaten: Panthers (3-6), Colts (4-5), Bengals (3-5), Bucs (4-5), Texans (6.3), Chargers (4-6), Saints (4-5)
Lost: Falcons (6-4), Chargers (4-6), Raiders (7-2)

Chiefs 7-2
Beaten: Chargers (4-6), Jets (3-7), Raiders (7-2), Saints (4-5), Colts (4-5), Jags (2-7), Panthers (3-6)
Lost: Texans (6-3), Steelers (4-5)

Semen isn't very good not them as a team. They are hardly bad.

Siemian has issues, no doubt and the OL let him get beat up last week... but overall, he's not played that badly when you consider the body of work. Siemian's YTD numbers outperform a number of QBs that would be considered more legit and he's not playing with a great OL or a ground attack that's been too incredibly consistent.

It's a miracle they've won 2 games.

RunKC 11-16-2016 08:04 AM

You're basically going to see 2 defenses beat the holy hell out of the other teams offense.

It will be a 13-10 type game IMO. Turnovers will decide a lot.

Yeah, if you have McManus or Santos in your fantasy league.... you'll be content with the ending. And, after a weekend of Thanksgiving feast leftovers, it's going to be a slow, slugfest that causes some to fight the temptation to drift.

Then, as we say that... watch it be the most unexpected air show. (highly doubtful though) 13-10 or 19-12.. something odd.

I think the O/U on total FGs made should be 7.
