I would LOVE Darby, plus Verrett on a one-year deal. It would give Veach flexibility in the draft, meaning he could go CB with any of the top 3 picks instead of having to draft one with the 1st round pick.

And then you have Fuller, Darby, Verrett, Ward and a 1st/2nd round pick. That would likely be a strong CB group, maybe even if you lose one for the season.

Because unless you're willing to give another Eric berry like contract you'll have to take a FA with red flags. We don't need him to win us a super bowl in 2022. We need him to hold the fort until we draft a replacement.

If they're all healthy, HUGE IF... maybe even a pipe dream, Verrett, Fuller, Darby, and Honeybadger make up one of the best defensive backfields in the NFL. Definately top 5.
