By that same standard the Chiefs only had 22 min 45 sec posesion. That's only about 38% of a game.
If he played every snap on offense he still wouldn't have played the entire game.

Clearly says "if he plays in". Doesn't say "completes 14 games" or "full games", just "plays in".
