He has the athletic ability Andy looks for and has a high ceiling. I still kick myself for not taking George Kittle for KC instead of Eddie Vanderdoes...but I drafted for need like a dummy and bypassed a talent I knew would be a stud that I had watched tons of in games while he was at Iowa. I KILLED that 2017 draft for KC except that pick |
Damn thought this guy would be drafted in the first round for sure.
The Philadelphia Eagles Select: Greg Newsome II, CB, Northwestern |
The Cincinnati Bengals select Landon Dickerson, OC, Alabama
Staying with same theme we need to protect The franchise. Dickerson can play multiple positions on the line. Only reason he’s here at this point and not taken in first is ACL injury, but Bengals feel he is worth the investment. |
With the 39th pick, the Carolina Panthers select Nick Bolton, LB, Missouri
The Panthers added Reddick at OLB and Perryman at MLB this offseason, but Perryman hasn't played a full NFL schedule his entire career. He'll make a nice backup to Bolton who is a ferocious hitter with the speed to make plays all over the field. |
The Broncos are tempted to go with a blazing WR, but keep with their BPA on their list and stay in the trenches.
The Denver Broncos select Wyatt Davis, OG, Ohio State. PM sent |

The New York Giants select Joe Tryon, EDGE, Washington

I'm here. Selecting shortly.

I'm lurking and can pick shortly after Hoover as well (wrapping up a call)
|
Is it me or is this moving like way faster than prior years?

The 49ers are not thrilled about the run on Edge rushers, but this is a CP mock draft....
The 49ers select, Carlos Basham, DE, Wake Forest |
Rushing to submit their card immediately after the 49ers...
The Dallas Cowboys select Alim McNeill, DT, NC State Last season, the Cowboys struggled to stop the run. New defensive Coordinator Mike Nolan’s 4-3 scheme should simplify things for the defense, but the Cowboys still have a big need for talent along the line. McNeill will come in and immediately bolster the unit as a talented 1-Tech who fits the scheme like a glove. McNeill is an above average run defender and very capable pass rusher from the inside. Some other teams may be surprised by this pick. McNeill is a bit controversial in the fact that some teams and scouts have him ranked as high as an early 2nd round pick (including the Cowboys) while others have him rated as low as a mid-4th. The Cowboys don’t care, they got their guy. |
The Jacksonville Jaguars select Levi Onwuzurike, DE/DT, Washington
