That board is fantastic. Reminds me of us in the Axle Smith years. Some had annointed him the king, some blamed the team around him and some blamed him for short comings. Burrow is going to be good if they can build a team around him, but the bengals have a history of not doing that. Ill believe when they convince me. That being said they are a talented team and a team ive rooted for (mostly against the ravens).

Their OLine sucks and we should have pretty much our whole D in place including Bolton.
Burrows may get raped worse than Ben.

All of these teams and fans who have never encountered the Mahomes Chiefs directly always have to learn the hard way. There's no other way at first, but it is the only way.

Did someone in here really call them "Appalachian Hill Folk" or was just some trumped up moniker to create some faux rage.

Gotta love the guy raging against "his old boss"....sounds as if there was a lot behind that comment.

A lot of insecurities coming out of that thread.

Used to love to go watch them hold their Training Camp in Georgetown Kentucky when it was there. Was funny at times listening to the fan base talk about "this could be our year" in August only to see it derail 8 games into the season.

Chiefs fans hate bandwagon fans as well. We know who they are, as we got many of them when we traded for Alex Smith. Typically we run them out if they show up here.

One day the Bengals will have a superstar and go to multiple superbowls and their fan base will become just as spoiled and annoying as all sports teams fans can be when winning... it's just part of it.

But like a few people stated on their forums... they have to earn that respect and right now they haven't done shit.

PS to Bengals fan reading this... **** the Browns, Steelers, and Ravens. I hope next week is a classy matchup and a good game.

I’m sure Andy will have a plan for him, but he is really good.

Hendrickson did have a game against Chiefs last year. Definitely helped him get a few more dollars on his free agent deal. Fortunate for him that he was able to go to a team that was improving and contending for playoffs.

How is their pass rush?

BTW those 26, of the 26-1 stat, are consecutive. That's right, folks, Patrick Mahomes has gone undefeated in his last 26 games played in Nov - Jan.

And opposing fans wonder why we speak of PM2 as a cape-sporting uber-QB? Keep doubting. See how it works out for you. ;)

The Chiefs just set a record with their 22nd consecutive wins in November/December. Never been done before and we ARE NOT DONE!

However, as fan-base shots go, it was pretty mild compared to our discussions of Baltimore, Oakland, or Denver.

Honestly, they're one of the more even-keeled and realistic boards I've seen this year -- even the Chargers subreddit was begging for a rematch and declaring they'd beat us by two scores in the playoffs after losing to us (that changed after yesterday for some reason). They seem to have a good balance of quality posters/homers/****posters on the Bengals board.

Quite possibly starting with Joe Burrow... so it could be, soon? We don't know.

I would say before Mahomes our last truly competitive SB contending team would have been the 2003 Trent Green led team... and our Defense was an all time worst, so that is really pushing it. Before that, you go back to Joe Montana in the early 1990's. So a reminder for you Bengals fan... we deserve this... regardless if you think our city is a flat, trailer infested, hillbilly shit-hole. Do those parts exist? Sure... in every city.

Maybe if they move to the NFC.....Pat gonna own the AFC until he rides off into Canton and by then Burrow gonna be washed up.....

John Mackovic is the last KC Chiefs coach to win a road game against the Bengals in Cincinnati. Chiefs won in 1984.

Lost last five games at Cincy. Including 2003 Chiefs going to Cincy at 9-0 and picking up 1st loss of that season. In 2008, Ryan Fitzpatrick was the winning QB in season finale.

This is the first game for Mahomes at Bengals, and that is a huge difference, but Cincinnati is not a place where the Chiefs have had much success.

This thread is golden.

We have the ozarks, Hillbillies, nasty fans, Pats brother, his wife, smug fans, KC is a shithole and crime ridden, and even use the misery line like its new.

One would believe Cincy is like some urban mecca filled with beautiful people.
