I don't understand.

I actually think they must be load-managing Tony as well. It's the only thing that makes logical sense. Every time they've put him in a traditional WR role this year he's been wide open.

I'm hoping some one lets Andy know that Isiah Pacheco is perfectly capable of converting a 3rd and short, so he doesn't need to run dumb shit plays that he thinks are clever and confuse the D. Let him know that we supposedly have the best IOL in the NFL and they should be able to get a yard behind them.

Crazy things people say on CP for $100 Alex.

He did that earlier in the year -- anybody remember? He did it for like two games, ran Pacheco consistently on 3rd and short, and they converted almost every time.

It's 2023. Different league now too.

idk if most ppl have realized it yet but this year is a defense year, offenses have not been as explosive as they’ve been in recent years outside of a 4 week run by the fins

Sure but many of the AFC contenders will have better offenses than they have been showing.

Everyone here assumes we are getting better.

Cincinnati started off with Burrow injured but they are looking like the team that knocked us out of the AFC Championship now.

Ravens have a totally new offensive coordinator and pass-catchers for Lamar. They haven't hit their stride either.

Those also happen to be the top 3 AFC teams right now, IMO.

I expect the AFC to win the SB and for it to be one of Kansas City, Cincinnati, or Baltimore.

What's so crazy about this? Pacheco has gotten 7 rushes when it was 3rd/4th down and 2 or less yards. He has converted 5 of those. That's 71% conversion rate.

Take Pacheco out of the occasion and they are 13 for 23. That's 57%.

Hell McKinnon is 3 for 4.

October 8th was the last time he's gotten an attempt at it. Completely idiotic.

KC is the most penalized team in the league and has the most turnovers. These are the problems that this team faces. And considering they've never been longterm concerns on a Reid/Mahomes team, I'm not too worried.

Imagine how badly they're going to start beating teams when they clean that up and stop dropping so many passes.

I wish I could just type it's Kansas City but our roster vulnerability at WR leaves the door wide open for others.

There’s not much that can be done on the penalty side, that’s been a constant for decades and it has nothing to do with what is happening on the field. Fortunately we have a QB/Coach combination that can overcome it 80% of the time.

Cleaning up turnovers will certainly help, however penalties will probably increase some to compensate.

Imagine how badly they’d destroy teams with proper officiating, 5 straight super bowls with 4 wins is the baseline 50/50 on if the rams SB game would be a win or a loss.

Under Reid, KC’s usually middle of the pack in penalties or better.

My neighbor is a diehard Eagles fan. I even bought and flew an eagles flag, obviously under my chiefs flag on the flag pole for the Super Bowl last year. When MU lost to Georgia this weekend I was watching it with him in his backyard.

“I’m glad you won this one buddy!” Haha!

It’s going to be a close game, but it will be fun.

We smoked 2 briskets and had a blast.
