Could you imagine if this was 2007? These were the kind of signings that would get our dick hard getting us to 9-7 or 10-6

Love this signing. I’ve watched Wentz play since he was in high school and then at NDSU. Dude is a competitor to the tenth degree

He was pretty damn good before the injury.

Gabbert got 1.3. They wanted this guy about twice as much(not good at math)

Buehler445 04-06-2024 09:24 AM

That seems high.

Just wanted to say I LOVE this move, if Andy can rebuild this dudes confidence we have the best backup in the league

Gabbert absolutely sucked though. If you want a good backup (and the Chiefs should have one, they can't afford to completely lose their season because of a Mahomes injury), you have to pay to get it in this league.

He’s well worth that price. Honestly, Andy would make this a playoff team with Wentz at QB.

You’re underselling Mahomes. What he’s done with these chuckleheads at skill positions is nothing short of miraculous m. Wentz works no miracles.

Wasn’t Booger’s contract with the Chiefs like 3 years $10 million or something like that?

Yeah, this is fine

Wentz was throwing to guys off the street on 18’ and 19’ and they still made the playoffs

Andy nearly made the playoffs with Alex Smith at QB without throwing a TD to a WR all season. Still went 9-7 that year. Wentz at QB for this current team makes the playoffs, especially with the expanded field.

Mahomes is amazing, but so is Andy.

Exactly. Wentz still has game and some folks just want to believe what the media says

How 'bout you figure out where apostrophes go when abbreviating years, mother****er????? Cuz right now it looks like you're saying he was throwing to guys on 18 feet and 19 feet!!!!!!
