I see a bunch of protesting about planned parenthood and some racial protests. That link provides two incidents where one random moron did something racist.

This will all pass. Pinkle has been amazing and done so much for the University and its overall reputation. A year ago he was a hero and this year his players have let their coaches and the Tiger Nation down with poor play, bad work ethic, and lack of focus.

So much going on on campus is so negative, people need to step back and embrace the excellence Coach Pinkle has brought to Mizzou

So out of all that I got 3 actual racial incidents.

1. MSA President gets racial slur yelled at him by a group of students driving by
2. Swastika drawn on residence hall stair well - student was arrested for this
3.Feces swastika in residence hall bathroom

There were a lot of protests and the University leadership didn't exactly handle it well...but I am still wondering where all this institutional racism is.

I get it that the whole grad student health care issue and the planned parenthood issue all happened this semester too, so all put together it just seems like a giant cluster****, but outside of a couple shitty acts of immature racial BS, where is all this racism on campus?

Not even addressing the terrible micro aggression of having a statue of Jefferson on campus.

So, there are racists on the MU campus. I'm pretty sure everyone already knew that, along with the fact that being anonymous makes people do really shitty things.

What an absolute disaster. I applaud the students and the athletes to stand up like this, but I just can't see how any of this ends well. If the president does indeed step down like they want, what kind of precedence does that establish? But, if they drop their protest, will they just enable and empower the cowardly ****s to continue on with their anonymous dipshittery? What a mess.

My kid goes to school right next door at Stephens. She has many friends that go to Mizzou, and she hasn't spoken word one about any of this. I guess that's good for her.
