Regardless of the findings and the possible slap on the wrist, NFL will step in and give him 2-4 game suspension. That is my prediction

Now that you mention it, I actually thought it was 25 for most companies. Maybe he tried to rent a Malibu or Camry and wasn't allowed, and the only place that would rent to him was the Lamborghini rental company.

I feel like a jury would probably like this woman. Pay her off first.

That company is getting so much free publicity.

We as a society will just pay more for insurance.

What does that have to do with your continued inability to provide evidence linking Rashee to the scene or as the driver?

Changing the subject smells like a tap out. LMAO

It serves as a quite effective argument as to why taking the time to provide you with stuff that you've already seen and discounted is pointless. Given that you jumped to the conclusion that those guys must have been murdered by a guy administering them with lethal doses of vaccine (lol) because he worked as a vaccine specialist, the idea that you're going to look at anything I provide you logically isn't exactly likely.

The irony of you accusing others of “jumping to conclusions”… when you are doing exactly that with unverified and highly circumstantial “evidence”.

LMAO

Turo lets the vehicle owner set the agreement and allows tracking devices. So age, speed, etc.

Currently looking like whoever was driving is in the bolded section if found guilty.

In Texas, leaving the scene of an accident, also known as a hit-and-run, is a serious offense that can result in significant penalties. The penalties for leaving the scene of an accident in Texas vary depending on the circumstances of the accident and the extent of the damage or injuries involved. Here's a general overview:
  1. Failure to Stop and Render Aid (FSRA): Texas law requires drivers involved in an accident to immediately stop their vehicle at the scene, provide their name, address, and vehicle registration number, and render reasonable assistance to any injured individuals. Failure to do so can result in a charge of Failure to Stop and Render Aid (FSRA).
  2. Penalties for FSRA:
    • If the accident involves only property damage (no injuries), FSRA is typically charged as a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $500.
    • If the accident involves injury to a person, FSRA is charged as a felony offense, with penalties ranging from a state jail felony (for less serious injuries) to a third-degree felony (for serious bodily injury). Penalties can include imprisonment and fines, with the severity increasing based on the extent of the injuries.
  3. Hit-and-Run with Serious Bodily Injury or Death: If a hit-and-run accident results in serious bodily injury or death, the penalties are much more severe. This is typically charged as a felony offense, with penalties including significant fines and lengthy prison sentences, up to 20 years or more for offenses resulting in death.
  4. Civil Penalties: In addition to criminal penalties, individuals who leave the scene of an accident may also face civil liability for any damages or injuries caused by their actions. This can include compensation for medical expenses, property damage, pain and suffering, and other losses suffered by the victims.
It's important to note that the penalties for leaving the scene of an accident can be severe and have long-lasting consequences. It's always best to fulfill your legal obligations by stopping at the scene, rendering aid as necessary, and cooperating with law enforcement. If you're involved in an accident, it's essential to contact the authorities and seek legal advice as soon as possible.

Age 25 is the standard for rental cars. Pretty strange that he was able to rent this vehicle at age 23-24.
