Something to note about tonight is that despite their underachieving season to this point, SDSU is the best team in the country at defending inside the arc. They have a great defensive front line and have held teams to 35.9% shooting there. If Self demands that the team repeatedly run its usual offense through Perry or any of the other bigs (see Harvard game), it's going to be a long, frustrating night. Creating space for the guards to shoot is going to be necessary to score, so it could be a good game for Greene to get some extended run.

All this is true, but most nights state cant hit the broad side of a barn offensively. They struggle tremendously on the offensive side of the floor.
Offensively for us, we should have some really nice mismatches, as we've got some height that they have to defend at the arc (svi and Perry, etc.) that can put the ball on the floor and beat their defender off the dribble.
State is long, and they rebound really really well....but they can be taken off the dribble, and if we hit our 3s tonight, the aztecs should be doomed.
