How can a person not see that.
Anyone that has ever been part of a team, sports, Military or business knows that if you have one person that thinks he is better than everyone else, too good to do what the rest do, they are not going to care for him.
That is not how a team is built or is successful. When we saw the 'Ole moves, I called it.
