On one hand you say no one knows what is going on behind the scenes, then you proceed to list speculation of what is going on behind the scenes (mostly rumors you are getting form a random poster's "anonymous source") as a supposed justification for Peters getting traded.

Well nothing will, but not many other teams have so efficiently bettered themselves recently. We are in a better position to be a force in this league for years to come than most teams are thanks to these two moves. Can't minimize that.
